Budget and cost effectiveness - TEMPUS JP 543662-2013 Improvement of partnership with enterpises by enhencement of a regional quality management potentials in WBC

Quality control and monitoring are essential to ensure that the intended project objectives can be achieved within the given time frame, following the activities as planned, and being carried out by project personnel. It is also essential to have mechanisms in place so that project realization, during its implementation, accomplishes its intended objectives. In order to achieve the stated objectives in the most efficient way, it is necessary that all activities, processes and deliverables will be performed according to best practice of project management and quality management.
The University of Montenegro is the contractor of this specific project, and the main project office will be placed at this university.
It is very important that all activities, processes and deliverables will be continually evaluated and assessed in order to achieve the highest quality of processes and outcomes. All tools, methods and strategies for quality control, assurance and quality management (such as PDCA, assessment of satisfaction of end-users and project results..) will be used according to best practice.
The budget will be allocated to the partners according to the project proposal and eventual grant agreement. In the case of success of the application, a bilateral contract will be made in order to provide a legal framework with all details, activities and financial issues.
The project will be managed by a Consortium Board (PCB) that will take care of all important aspects of project management, including financial management and reporting to EU authorities. The grant holder of the project, The University of Montenegro, will have the leading role in the reporting and coordinating of all activities and in the distributing of financial resources (according to the project budget) to other partners from the consortium. On a national level the National Project Board (NPB) will be established in order to manage, monitor and evaluate all activities that will be performed on the PC side.
