TEMPUS JP 543662-2013 Improvement of partnership with enterpises by enhencement of a regional quality management potentials in WBC
Exploatation of results - TEMPUS JP 543662-2013 Improvement of partnership with enterpises by enhencement of a regional quality management potentials in WBC

In successful project management, very important issues are the exploitation of project results and project results’ sustainability in the period after its finalization and involving all consortium members.
This activity is performed by all consortium members through:

  • Review of starting and planning of new sustainability action

  • taking care of a sustainability factor at project levels

  • Continuous review of the fulfillment of enterprises’ needs in the field of quality

  • Involvement of consortium members

  • Effective management and leadership of consortium members

  • Active participation of direct target groups (enterprises, universities)

  • Securing, on time, adequate resources for continuation

  • taking care of sustainability factors at the context
  • level:
    Academic/university support
    Support from national authorities
Support from socio-economic factors (enterprise associations, local public administrations).
In the case of this project, we have a need for institutional and financial sustainability. Establishment of a virtual WBC center will ensure the institutional component of project sustainability. This project shows extremely good sustainability, in the financial aspect of sustainability, because CQ can provide training and consulting services for enterprises. There is a clear need for enterprises to improve their quality systems in order to become competitive on the global market. On the other hand, a developed infrastructure and network of centers will be in the position to provide high quality services, consulting and training.
There are number of practical steps that will be taken in order to affect the selected target groups with the aim of achieving project sustainability: awareness campaigns for understanding and benefits of QMS, cooperation with national and regional chambers of commerce, establishment of a virtual WBC center, cooperation with SAE and CQ, development of a register of training and services, and guest lectures of professionals.
